Rookie Is A Funny,Silly,Goofy,EPF Agent! You will find him in alot on the old PSA missions.He usually screws things up/presses wrong buttons.He is in many of the system defender levels too! He may also send you an EPF Message sometimes!
Helpful Rookie Tracking Tips
1.Look on many crowded servers,many penguins go on crowded servers,but that does not mean he can't go on small servers too!
2.Look on MANY Trackers!(Such as mine,Clubpenguincheatz.com,lebronjr 23's)
3.Don't just track on trackers! Track by yourself or with some buddies!
4.Maybe visit some famous chats where lots of people are participating.
5.Ask your friends if they have seen Rookie.
6.If your in the same room as him,you should get a Rookie stamp
7.Did you get the stamp and can't see him?Go to your users in room list and get his bg too!
8.If you see a large Crowd check to see if Rookie is near!
9. Always Check the box dimensions,He loves to go there!
